Our primary objective is to enhance the quality of life for our clients by aiding in learning, personal development, and fostering increased independence. Job Summary The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducts functional assessments, generates Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs), and ensures effective implementation through staff training and consultation. The BCBA interacts with program participants and must be familiar with the Guiding Values issued by the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA). Day-to-Day Responsibilities Write Functional Assessments and PBSPs for clients receiving BCBA funding. Provide training and consultation to staff for effective implementation of plans. Collect and compile data on target and replacement behaviors. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral supports and modify plans based on data. Compile tracking sheets and chart behaviors monthly to determine patterns. Provide monthly progress reports for individuals receiving BCBA Services. Oversee submission and implementation of Exceptions to Policy or Rule related to PBSPs. Review and revise plans every 6 months. Collaboration Be available as a resource to the Clinical team for writing Functional Assessments and PBSPs. Provide crisis management and clinical consultation as needed. Attend individual DDA Assessment (PCSP) Meetings when requested. Consult with the client’s support network, including family members and professionals. Facilitation Facilitate classes as needed; maintain necessary certifications and approvals. Compliance Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory guidelines. Create and maintain related documentation as needed. Staff Meetings and Training Participate in staff meetings and complete annual training requirements. Attend mandatory training for First Aid/CPR, Blood borne pathogens, and Mandated reporter. Maintain personal and/or agency vehicle in safe operating condition. Maintain CEU requirement and BCBA credential with BACB. Perform other duties as assigned. Who We Are Looking For Currently certified as a BCBA with the Behavior Analytic Certification Board. Training and clinical experience in applied behavior analysis. Analytical skills to synthesize clinical and social data for intervention strategies. Knowledge of human behavior, performance, and behavioral disorders. Ability to recognize problems and notify appropriate personnel. Willingness to learn and use software for workflow efficiencies. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally. Job Requirements At least 21 years of age. Current BCBA certification. At least one year of experience in social services, preferably in I/DD. A valid Washington State Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance. Background inquiry clearance from an authorized state agency. Salary:
$79,040 - $102,960 Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision, 403(b) with company match, Life Insurance, Tuition Savings Program, and Tuition Reimbursement. Employees working 34 or more hours a week are eligible for PTO accrual. Please Note:
