Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Organizational Change Management Lead Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy and implementation of the OCM Plan which spans across communication, training, and adoption. This plan should enhance organizational readiness and stakeholder ability to successfully change.

The Senior OCM Lead Consultant has in-depth knowledge and experience in implementing OCM theories and models (i.e., Prosci’s ADKAR) and experience developing and conducting OCM assessments. With a strong understanding of human behavior, motivation, and group dynamics, the Senior OCM Lead Consultant must develop and maintain relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, including identifying the specific changes impacting each group.

The OCM Lead Consultant understands the needs of stakeholders and coordinates with the communication and training specialists to deliver a holistic OCM implementation plan. The OCM plan should include, but not be limited to, Coaching, OCM Training, Resistance, Engagements, Communications, and Sponsor Roadmap. The OCM Lead Consultant should be able to identify and support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success of organizational changes.
