Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Organizational Change Management Lead Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy and implementation of the OCM Plan which spans across communication, training, and adoption. This plan should enhance organizational readiness and stakeholder ability to successfully change.The Senior OCM Lead Consultant has in-depth knowledge and experience in implementing OCM theories and models (i.e., Prosci's ADKAR) and experience developing and conducting OCM assessments. With a strong understanding of human behavior, motivation, and group dynamics, the Senior OCM Lead Consultant must develop and maintain relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, including identifying the specific changes impacting each group.The OCM Lead Consultant understands the needs of stakeholders and coordinates with the communication and training specialists to deliver a holistic OCM implementation plan. The OCM plan should include, but not be limited to, Coaching, OCM Training, Resistance, Engagements, Communications, and Sponsor Roadmap. The OCM Lead Consultant should be able to identify and support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of organizational changes.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseAbility to manage an OCM team and work cross-functionallyStrong written and verbal communicationsExperience with identifying diverse stakeholder groups and ability to tailor communicationsStrong consulting skillset and ability to work individuallyExperience creating a wide range of OCM related assetsAbility to form strong and trusted client relationships from executive and senior management levels to frontline staffStrong technical/functional understanding to interpret to various audiencesExperience in project management, business analysis, or other related fields that involve managing change.Experience in organizational development or project managementProficiency in change management approaches, instruments, and procedures, and experience in leading organizations through all phases of change, from preparation and execution to assessment and monitoring.Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseExperience with SAP/SAP ConcurActive Public Trust clearanceAbout Business UnitIBM Consulting is IBM's consulting and global professional services business, with market leading capabilities in business and technology transformation.
