Responsible for the Clinical and Administrative Services within the SUPR Division.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the supervision and administering daily activities performed by clinical staff, providing direction and leadership.Responsible for providing guidance to staff in utilizing clinical case management principles in treatment of clients.Responsible for Quality Assurance site reviews and ensure client records and documentation is acceptable by funding sources and other providers.Responsible for monitoring and tracking services to clients to ensure client needs are met and staff documentation conforms to acceptable standards.Responsible for ensuring documentation of billable services and completion of service center process.Responsible for providing and documenting supervision with Counselors and addressing areas of billable service hours.Responsible for monitoring and assuring timely completion of treatment plans.Recommends procedure changes to assist in ensuring client resources are developed and maintained.Participates in hiring decision by evaluating candidates, evaluating staff performance, recommending salary changes, promotions, and terminations.Knowledgeable about specific rules and regulations affecting the program for each funding source.Provides clinical orientation and in-service training to clinical staff.Provides consultation to program staff on difficult or unusual client cases.Provides clinical supervision and annual performance evaluations in accordance with SUPR and CARF regulations.Maintains all certification and licensing requirements.Ensure adequate number of recruitment and retention of clients.Network with community-based organizations, city, and state entities.Participates in professional associations and advocacy groups.Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS

BA/BS Degree in Social Work or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical setting is required. At least one year in clinical supervision is preferred.Applicable licenses of state certification in the human services/social services field. Working knowledge of Medicaid Standards and Accreditation.Excellent clinical skills, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, organizational and critical thinking skills, commitment to quality care and building teamwork.Must be able to handle multiple projects/assignments.Experience in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Office Applications.Work is normally performed in a typical office work environment.Very limited physical effort may be required.
