This is an exciting time at Enovix! We are looking for experienced candidates to help support our new 50,000 square-feet lithium-ion battery production facility in Fremont, California for commercialization of our 3D Silicon Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery.

Job Summary

As a General Ledger Accountant, you will be an important contributor for the financial operations of our rapidly growing company, including providing accounting shared service to other countries. This position reports to the General Ledger Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining general ledger entries, reconciliation of financial statements, manage employee payroll administration and accounting, RSU scheme for tax reporting, support internal and external audit. You must be a hands-on, roll up your sleeves type of person and should enjoy a fast-paced, start-up environment. The position requires strong accounting knowledge and the ability to understand the big picture while being detail oriented.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent4+ years general ledger accounting experienceAccounting knowledge with a strong understanding of US-GAAP and internal controlsSarbanes-Oxley internal control complianceAbility to solve complex accounting problems and errorsExcellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work and adapt in a fast-paced work environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience with various ERP systems (Microsoft D365 is a plus)Experience with BlacklineExperience in manufacturing industries is a plusFlexible, hard-working, and able to pivot direction quickly to keep up with business demandAbility to work with cross-functional teamsFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

Responsibilities

Prepares journal entries and reconciles the general ledger accounts for various balance sheet accountsManages the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reportingPreparing balance sheet fluctuation analysis for areas of responsibleResponsible for sales/used tax and property tax preparation and filingsAssist in reconciling intercompany transactions and balancesAssist in preparing consolidated financial statementsAssist in preparation of SEC disclosure footnote under the instruction of Director of SEC reportingAssist with A/R and A/P as neededEnsure compliance with established policies and procedures and make recommendations for changes and improvementIdentify opportunities to improve existing accounting processes and strengthen internal controlsAssisting the team with accounting issues and queriesAdhering to accounting standards and regulationsAbility to efficiently work toward and consistently meet deadlinesPerform special projects, other ad-hoc duties, as neededParticipate in system enhancements and upgrades in collaboration with financial systems team
