We are seeking a highly skilled and results driven Finance Manager

to join the Applied Global Services (AGS) Finance team.The successful candidate will business partner with AGS business senior leadership and will be pivotal in driving financial performance, providing strategic insights, and ensuring alignment with company’s long-term objectives.Major ResponsibilitiesLead Annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process.Manage a team of financial analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that support business objectives and drive growth.Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate business scenarios, assess risks and support decision-making.Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and recommend actions to improve profitability and operational efficiency.Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key insights and strategic recommendations.Partner with operations and engineering teams to gather accurate financial data and provide insights that support their strategic goals.Serve as key advisor to business leaders, helping to align financial goals with operational strategies.Drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize cost structure, improve margins, and enhance overall business performance.Enhance and streamline financial reporting process to ensure timely and accurately delivery of information.Implement best practices in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.Leverage financial systems and tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan) to automate and enhance reporting capabilities.Qualifications and PreferencesBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business or related field (MBA degree Preferred)7-10 Years Experience in Financial Planning Analysis, preferably in High Tech.Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, excel and financial software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan or similar)Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced environment, with minimal supervision.Excellent leadership and communication skills and the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.Strong business acumen, with ability to translate financial insights into actionable business strategies.Additional Information

$128,000.00 - $176,000.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
