We believe our firm’s greatest asset is the people who work here.Bracebridge Capital is in search of a dynamic and versatile HR and Recruiting Coordinator that will have a wide range of duties relating to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and general HR matters. This successful individual will demonstrate high levels of organizational effectiveness, confidentiality, communication, and integrity.Primary Responsibilities:Perform administrative and logistic actions that support the Talent Acquisition function required to meet Bracebridge Capital’s recruitment strategy and meet current, projected, and future staffing needsSupport the requisition process through the opening and closing of each position, scheduling of interviews, creation of interview agendas with the objective of enhancing candidate experienceMaintain Application Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accurate record keeping of all required requisition, recruiting and data analysis reportsPost and remove postings from job boards and various professional websitesCoordinate travel for candidates and employeesAssist with planning of company eventsServe as point of contact for vendors (LinkedIn, ATS, staffing agencies )Produce reports for recruiting and human resources departmentEnsure candidate pre-hire and new hire paperwork is properly completed and routedManage calendar and expenses for Director of Human Capital DevelopmentQualifications:Bachelor’s degree and up to 3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and deliver high quality, error free workProficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPointKnowledge of ATS systems, Greenhouse a plusKnowledge of campus recruiting systems preferred (Handshake, Symplicity, etc.)Approach all aspects of responsibilities with the highest level of discretion and integrityPossess the necessary initiative and energy to tackle problems with creative solutionsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong work ethic, initiative, and a proactive approachAccepted file types: pdf, doc, docx, txt, rtfAccepted file types: pdf, doc, docx, txt, rtfWork Authorization *
