We empower employees with curated development plans that foster growth and promote rewarding, fulfilling careers.Join HCSC and be part of a purpose-driven company that will invest in your professional development.Job SummaryThis position will be a team member at the forefront of leading the Enterprise Data Strategy / Future State (Data & Analytics) architecture in support of our Business Strategy. • Strategy - Data Capability Maturity Assessment, Data & Analytics / AI Strategy, Data Operating Model & Governance, Data Marketplace Enablement, Data on Cloud Strategy, Data Architecture Strategy, and change management of Data Transformation programs. • Cloud - Technical understanding of data platform strategy for data on cloud migrations, big data technologies, experience in architecting large scale data lake and DW on cloud solutions. Experience in one or more technologies in this space: AWS, Azure, Data Bricks, Hadoop, Cloudera• Data Governance (MDM / DQ/ DG Architect): Data Governance & Management SME for areas including Data Quality, Master Data Management (MDM), Metadata, data lineage, data catalog, data semantics. Experience with one or more technologies in this space: IBM Infosphere, Collibra, Talend, Informatica, Alation etc.• Critical Thinking: Ability to quickly analyze and develop a structured critical approach to solving very complex problems• Big Picture Thinking: Avoids tunnel vision, able to collaboratively look at a problem from multiple angles to test your own rationale and explain• Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively lead a team including architects and designers in a highly matrixed organization to deliver solutions to production while aligning to enterprise architecture principles and direction• People Skills: Ability to interact with people across a variety of levels and roles using strong communication, facilitation, presenting, storytelling across different audiences, and negotiation skills• Results Oriented: Drives architecture decisions to resolution in light of business realities, and ambiguous requirements. Requires engaging with delivery teams and stakeholders to achieve outcomesRequired Job Qualifications:*Bachelor Degree*12 years technical experience including:* Developing solution architectures for large enterprises while partnering with Enterprise Architects, Business Architectures and Application Architects; driving decisions to resolution even when requirements are ambiguous* Application design and development, particularly with high transaction volumes* Middleware and Integration technology design work* Message based and Java oriented technologies* Knowledge management* Developing standards, reference architectures, and guidelines for enterprise use* Knowledge in all areas of data, security, applications or integration architecture and associated technologies* Business and financial acumen* Architecture input in prioritization and road mapping of capability improvements for a line of business.* Ability to lead a team of architects to deliver solution architectures which drive capability improvements to a line of business.* Architecture trade-off analyses* Communications experience* Experience leading multifunctional teams or initiatives* Thought leader within, and external to, the divisionPreferred Qualification*Minimum 8 years of experience and/or working in data architecture, data governance, and information management*Overseeing the production and implementation of solutions covering multiple cloud technologies, associated Infrastructure / application architecture, development, and operating models*Ability to communicate complex technical or architectural options in a straightforward way to decision makers to allow for informed investment decisions*Deep understanding of Data and Analytics platforms, data integration w/ cloud and industry best practices in data governance and managementAre you being referred to one of our roles?
