They are looking for someone who is interested in hands on coding as well as someone with experience managing a team of 8 developers. They have a variety of applications that are custom developed in-house, and others integrate with SaaS products of their clients. They have a flexible hybrid model for their office in Chicago. If you are interested in working in a small start-up and comfortable wearing multiple hats this the role for you!
