As a US-based warranty provider, we provide expertise in safety and homecare to our customers. Our integrated solutions meet customer needs both inside and outside the home. Inside the home, we safeguard essential systems like plumbing, heating and cooling, appliances, power surge protection, hot water heaters, and interior electrical components. Outside the home, we ensure the protection of vital lines, including water, gas, wells, sewers, electric, and septic systems. We primarily go to market B2B2C, partnering mostly with water/gas/electric utilities and municipalities to offer our product leveraging their brand for marketing and often adding our subscription fee to the water/gas/electric bill itself. This role requires approximately 25% travel and meaningful presence in our Naperville, IL headquarters as needed. The location of this position can be various.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships & Expansion, the Senior Director of Partnerships owns the overall growth and partnership strategy for their strategic book of business for Oncourse Home Solutions. This role will lead cross-functional efforts (from marketing to field operations) to develop & execute strategies aimed at growing customer and revenue. This role requires a GM-mindset and will need to take ownership of all aspects of account operations initiatives including, but not limited to: product/program launches, identifying new technical integrations, and managing partner meetings and expectations.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Establish key account strategies and identify value propositions for top utility and/or municipality partners with primary focus on driving customer and revenue growth while achieving partner objectives.Create consensus internally and externally for creative solutions to increase market penetration in our partner markets through technology, marketing, and contact center capabilities.Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance overall partnership performance.Bring partner insights and observations into Oncourse Home Solutions to develop new value-added services to build incremental revenue and stronger Partner relationships.Know your partner's industry trends and translate them to sales differentiators across all B2B initiatives. Be a thought leader for our partners.Analyze performance data to make informed decisions that contribute to the overall profitability of partnerships.Oversees account contracts and works with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with partner obligations and guarantees.Influence and lead cross functionally to gauge customer satisfaction for each account, identifying needs, reporting, and documenting trends in effort enhance customer experience.Serve as the primary point of contact in addressing customer complaints and escalations; working with Partner Success team to proactively drive efforts to mitigate impact and instituting a control process.Develop and lead contact strategies for each of the key partners, establishing and maintaining key lines of communication.Works with Business Development sales team, external advocates, and agencies to pursue, develop and secure new partners.Experience and Qualifications of the Role:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field10+ years of Strategy, Operations and/or General Management experienceConsulting experience and/or start-up experience is a plusProven track record of successfully developing and executing business strategies and evaluating/measuring impactCan operate independently - a confident problem solver and communicator who is comfortable influencing others, including C-level executivesStrong business acumen, analytically driven, and detail-orientedRoll up your sleeves mentalityHighly agileComputer Skills Needed to Perform this Job:
