Position Summary
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build strong relationships, and develop effective recruiting strategies. You will source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, manage recruiting for 30-50 job requisitions, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Staying informed about industry trends and best practices, you will maintain accurate records and implement strategies to attract top talent.
Responsibilities
Collaboration and Relationship Building
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand healthcare staffing requirements and ensure timely and effective recruitment processes
Build strong relationships with hiring managers
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various senior care positions
Participate in recruiting/hiring events, job fairs, and street fairs to attract providers to the company
Make connections with universities, colleges, and schools, and develop presentations for staff and students
Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Management
Source, screen, and may interview potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
Build and maintain a pipeline of talented candidates to meet current and future staffing needs
Identify, utilize, and source qualified candidates through diverse methods
Recruitment Process Management
Manage recruiting efforts for approximately 30-50 open job requisitions
Conduct discovery calls with candidates and behavioral interviews and assessments to determine culture add and whether they meet the minimum qualifications
Prepare and extend job offers and potential incentives as well as facilitate onboarding transitions
Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and verify credentials of candidates
Maintain accurate and organized candidate documentation in the applicant tracking system
Leverage Workday HRIS technology and other tools to maintain continuous improvement of the recruiting process
Deliver reporting and metrics to leadership groups
Industry Knowledge and Best Practices
Stay informed about benefit plans, incentives, and corporate policies to address applicant inquiries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in senior care recruitment.
Strategy Development
Develop effective recruitment strategies and documented processes
Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and feedback.
Track spend for sponsored posts and identify opportunities for new technology utilization/use of funds to attract talent
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Strong passion for innovation, collaborative work, and independent problem-solving
Ability to think creatively and strategically in recruiting for challenging roles
Track record of individual and team success in delivering results
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a fast-paced workload.
Basic understanding of employment law as it relates to recruitment
Proficient use with Workday HRIS and the ability to leverage technology for process improvement
Education and Experience
Associate's degree in management or human resources preferred
2 years of Demonstrated experience as healthcare recruiter
2 years of Experience with full cycle recruitment
Must have strong ATS knowledge, preferably in Workday.
Compensation and Benefits
Starting wage $58, 329 - $82,577/yrs. based on years of experience
