This house is built to scale for conducting usability studies of construction materials, tools, and equipment.We are seeking a Senior Construction Market Research Analyst to lead qualitative and quantitative research, conduct analysis, and report the findings to our building product manufacturer and service clients.Responsibilities include:Manage and support qualitative and quantitative marketing research projectsIncludes research design, project scheduling, budgeting, conduct, analysis, and report writingApply knowledge of construction and marketing research to develop marketing and communications strategies for the nation’s leading manufacturers and service suppliersAnalyze Home Innovation’s extensive building products demand data, uncover relevant market trends, and report or present the findingsMaintain relationships with client and research vendorsIdentify and develop strategic relationships with clients and research contractorsSkills, Education and Experience:Two or more years in a construction-related field is Preferred, possessing a good understanding of the construction industry, materials, and processesThree or more years in a marketing research functionStrong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership abilitiesSkilled in analysis, report writing, and client presentationsBachelor’s degree in business, communications, or behavioral science discipline is required, Master’s degree a PLUSHome Innovation Research Labs is a full-service consulting, product testing, and accredited third-party certification agency dedicated solely to issues related to the home building industry.
