As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions.ResponsibilitiesRelationship Management:

Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plan.Business Development:

Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data to drive sales.Teamwork:

Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.Business Industry Acumen:

Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and commercial real estate trends within your market territory.Customer Focus:

Deliver outstanding customer support through regular communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals.Regular in-person meetings with clients will require travel by car and could require travel outside of your office location.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College.A minimum of five years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising or marketing solutions.A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a customer-focused environment.Must possess a current and valid driver’s license.Preferred Qualifications & SkillsSuccess in building long-term relationships and engaging with clients at a senior/C-Suite level.Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data.Regular access to an operational motor vehicle.Ability to adapt to changing situations in a high-growth company.Self-starter who can work independently and within a team.Bilingual in Spanish and English.What’s in it for you?When you join CoStar Group, you’ll experience a collaborative and innovative culture.
