Outbound Call Center Representative/Inside Sales -- MUST BE LOCAL TOCHICAGOLAND
$18 - $20 an hour – with significant upside bonus potential (Ability to make $25 to $30 per hour or more with bonuses)
NEXT Door & Window is looking for a talented outbound calling professional who can generate in-home appointments by pursuing prospects who have contacted our company but who have not yet been scheduled. We are building an outbound call agent team. This position offers significant career growth potential.

Outbound Call Center Representative/Inside Sales Job Responsibilities:
This position could be on site in our Burr Ridge office, work remote, or a combination of the two.
Office Hours: NEXT Call Center hours are Monday-Friday from 9:30am-6pm with the occasional Saturday shift required. Specific hours for this position may vary based on ideal calling times to reach our prospects.
Outbound calls will focus on unset database prospect leads.
Agent will follow-up on Sweepstakes and event leads.
The position may also be responsible for cold calling to prospect lists.
Handles outbound calling activity and converts prospect leads to appointments to meet and exceed monthly lead goals.
Enters all leads into our Salesforce CRM in accordance with Next Door and Window CERT Team (Customer Experience Relationship Team) procedures.
Provides prospects with accurate information regarding all products and services.
Overcomes objections from prospects regarding scheduling, cost, etc. to schedule sales consultation as soon as possible.
Promotes teamwork through consistency, reliability and group cohesiveness.
Outbound Call Center Representative/Inside Sales Desired Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 to 2 years of experience in a high volume, call center environment is ideal but not required.
Be responsible and self-driven in accomplishing business goals, adhering to policies, and being responsible for one’s own actions and performance.
Customer and/or inside sales experience is ideal.
Willingness to work a flexible work schedule including Saturdays.
General job skills being sought include the following: Excellent oral communication skills, written communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, computer literacy skills.
