My approach is holistic and considers the many different aspects that contribute to a person's well-being. My clients are experts in their lives, and I trust they hold the answers; however, I have the privileged role in supporting them to find those answers. I draw from different approaches depending on the challenges or presenting issues. With my focus on the client, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Te Whare Tapa Whā, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Somatic Experiencing, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
