Responsible for providing customer service within an account service team and/or supporting Producers by servicing existing accounts. This position includes independent responsibility for specific account related client service tasks.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepares exposure workbook and applications for client pre renewals.Assists Service team in reviewing and comparing quotes for Proposals.Requests various information related to renewals for clients such as applications, exposure workbooks, safety manuals.Reviews client accounting history, responds to accounting inquiries, and corrects account discrepancies.May participate in client meetings to review coverage.Gathers information for applications.Prepares presentations and proposals for clients.Researches requests for information from underwriters.Composes correspondence to insured and/or underwriters.Prepares draft certificate templates for review and approval.Analyzes certificate requests and ensures clients needs are met.Inputs applications and creates letters, and other forms of correspondence.Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information).Perform all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.Performs other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Four (4) or more years related work experience.Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by Supervisor.Valid insurance license.SKILLS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills.Good problem solving skills and time management skills.Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork.Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
