This position is a chance to join a dynamic, expanding company with prospects for individual and career growth.SUMMARYResponsible for the daily processing of various client-related service issues and administrative tasks that support the overall client relationship. Will seek supervision as needed for moderately complex issues.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInvestigates and resolves client and employee issues that may involve enrollment or billing discrepancies. Communicates results to appropriate stakeholders.Analyzes, reconciles, prepares and sends client invoices.Analyzes, prepares and sends client reporting.Monitors and processes inbound enrollment and employee payroll files. Follows up as necessary with appropriate parties when file(s) are not received when expected.Conducts audits on enrollment and payroll files to ensure accuracy of employee data.Posts and sends accurate enrollment and payroll files daily to appropriate parties.Analyzes and makes recommendations to supervisor in solving data discrepancies.May attend benefit fairs to explain various voluntary products to client’s employees.Participates in new assigned client implementation calls with Implementation Team.May be asked to assist on special projects as assigned.Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information).Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION / EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Two (2) or more years related work experience; Accounting and/or auditing experience preferred.Valid insurance license preferred.Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor.SKILLSGood verbal and written communication skills.Good customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills.Good problem-solving and time management skills.Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork.Ability to prioritize work for multiple projects and deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.We are proud to provide comprehensive, high-quality employee programs to meet employees’ needs now and in the future, including a very competitive financial package.
