The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a deep understanding of financial systems, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain current and competitive.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of professional software development experience.Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and JavaScript.Experience with web frameworks and technologies such as Django, Flask, React, or Angular.Deep understanding of database design, optimization, and performance tuning.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Knowledge of financial systems and investment management is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
