JD from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in the State of California8+ years of defense litigation experienceExperience with talc, asbestos, benzene, diacetyl, mold or related toxic tort or products liability mattersFirst chair trial experienceSuperior analytical skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsLegal project management experienceResponsibilities

Independently manage a defense litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to endResponsible for supervising the work of one or more AssociatesWork closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projectsRegularly handle court appearances and depositionsCommunicate with clients and provide status reportsWhy Should You Apply?
