JD from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in the State of California3 - 7 years of experience with asbestos, toxic tort and / or environmental litigationMust have experience with motion practice and depositions2nd chair trial experience preferredVery strong organizational and analytical skillsSuperior written and oral communication skillsLegal project management experienceResponsibilities
Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to endWork closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projectsRegularly handle court appearances and depositionsCommunicate with clients and provide status reportsWhy Should You Apply?
