This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with defense litigation experience who are looking to further their careers by taking on an important role as part of a growing office of a national law firm.

The Position
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in the State of California3 - 7 years of litigation experience with Toxic Tort, Product Liability, and/or Personal Injury Defense mattersMust have experience with motion practice and depositions2nd chair trial experience preferredVery strong organizational and analytical skillsSuperior written and oral communication skillsLegal project management experience
ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to endWork closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projectsRegularly handle court appearances and depositionsCommunicate with clients and provide status reports
