The PositionQualificationsJD from an accredited Law SchoolMust be admitted to practice in CA2-5 years of litigation experienceExperience with general liability, professional liability, or complex insurance coverage defenseExcellent written and oral communications skillsLegal project management experience is helpful
ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to endWork closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projectsRegularly handle court appearances and depositionsCommunicate with clients and provide status reports
