The

Director of Learning and Organizational Development

is responsible for our global people programs. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering integrated talent and performance management programs and strategies that drive employee and organizational engagement and performance. These programs include Onboarding; Leadership Development; Employee Learning & Development; Career Paths; Engagement; and Performance Management. The role will strategically analyze the needs and execute on strategies to keep employees productive, engaged, and mission focused. This individual will lead the execution of core processes across the talent development and performance management portfolio including performance evaluation, employee engagement, and communications. The role is responsible for reporting KPIs of the learning and development, performance management, and engagement CoEs.Responsibilities:Design the programs within the Learning and Organizational Development CoE to stand independently while working together to develop talent.

Create business-focused learning solutions that address management and leadership development needs.

Assess, develop, and lead our leadership development programs.

Design and manage our Talent Development programs and systems to identify and develop high-potential employees, creating an internal pipeline of talent.

Manage the employee engagement platform and surveys that support employee onboarding, development, and engagement.

Define and lead the performance management system and processes.

Accountable for orientation and onboarding programs that enable new team members to ramp up and get to productivity quickly.

Consult with business and HR leaders to diagnose performance issues and design solutions to address gaps at the team and organizational levels.

Use data to analyze, construct concise executive level presentations, and influence senior leaders to champion and partner programs.

Establish and maintain trusted relationships with business leaders across the business.

Leverage strong consulting, project management, business acumen and communication skills.

Stay current on latest research and use strong external networks to benchmark key trends and best practices.

Develop companywide communication plans and lead change management initiatives, exhibiting top notch communication skills with an ability to provide clear messaging to a variety of audiences.

Manage members of the L&D team.

Requirements:7+ years of experience within L&D or similar program.

Proven experience managing a team.

Experience successfully developing and maintaining Talent Management and engagement strategies.

Proven experience building and managing learning and development programs.

Implemented and managed companywide HR and Talent Management systems.

Established and documented work processes to create consistency and improve efficiency.

Proactive problem solver and disciplined self-starter that thrives in an ambiguous environment with ever-changing priorities.

Passionate about creating a world class people experience with an insatiable curiosity - constantly striving to uncover the best ways to motivate and evaluate talent.

Strong operational experience in reporting and data analysis to drive strategies that ensure the workforce remains happy, engaged, and productive.

Experience working in a remote, globally distributed team in a fast-paced high-growth environment strongly preferred.

Experience at a technology company or highly successful start-up strongly preferred.
