Responsible for overseeing the management of sales, relationship development, customer service and Care Services. Assist and direct the care staff to ensure that quality client care is provided in a manner which upholds Interim HealthCare’s standards of care, policy, philosophy, and well-being of the residents. Lead and motivate employees in providing quality care and services to clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
