Finance Compliance Code Review Consultant ($28/hrcontract)We arelooking for a Finance Compliance Code Review Consultant to join our operationsin Newport Beach, CA. This essential contract role, compensated at $28 perhour, supports our broad range of fixed income and alternative investmentstrategies by ensuring compliance with our Code of Ethics, focusing especiallyon monitoring employee personal trading, and managing outside businessactivities. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in Business, Economics,Finance, or a related field, and will bring prior experience in Code of Ethicscompliance, particularly in personal trading oversight and system developmentcycles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions likevlookups and pivot tables, and Microsoft Word is required.Theconsultant will navigate a complex landscape of securities and investmentproducts, requiring strong analytical skills and an in-depth understanding ofstocks, bonds, derivatives, and various fund types. Outstanding communicationskills are critical, as is the ability to work autonomously, proactivelysolving issues and leading projects.
