The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to$90,000 plus a bonus.Applicantsshould have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant experience in anaccounting setting. We value candidates with 1-3 years of experience,particularly those with a background in compensation accounting. The roledemands strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, andproficiency in Excel. Experience with Workday is considered a plus. Thisposition requires someone who can thrive under tight deadlines and is capableof working effectively with cross-functional teams.
