Full TimeWe areseeking an experienced AP Specialist to join our team in Boston, MA. Thisfull-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $65,000,plus an annual bonus. This role involves managing both property level andcorporate level accounts payable tasks, where efficiency and accuracy inprocessing invoices are paramount. The work is system-driven with the focus onusing technology to streamline operations. The successful candidate will beresponsible for ensuring that all payments are executed according to our strictaccounting procedures while also helping to enhance and refine these processes.Whatwe are looking for:Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, specificallywithin real estate operationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or FinanceMandatory experience with Avid and familiarity with YardiStrong ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively aspart of a teamThere are no costs for candidates utilizingour services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
