The successful candidate will join a dynamic team responsible formanaging this complex asset, ensuring accurate financial statements andreconciliations. Key highlights of this position include a competitivecompensation package up to $105k plus a 10% bonus, a flexible three daysin-office and two days remote work arrangement, and convenient transportationoptions such as on-site parking and accessible buses, including the IDB Busserving South and North Stations. Additionally, the position offers acomprehensive benefits package from day 1 of employment, including 17 days ofPTO, 2 floating holidays, 13 company holidays, company-paid medical, dental,vision, life insurance, and disability insurance, along with other attractivebenefits.Responsibilities:Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations for theInnovation Design Building.Manage tenant recovery calculations and complex CAM processes.Collaborate with a team of professionals including accounting,construction, asset management, and marketing.Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and semi-annual forecasts.Conduct accounts payable, accounts receivable, and leaseadministration tasks in accounting software.Coordinate with property management on tenant accounts receivablereconciliations.Qualifications:Five or more years of property accounting experience in real estate.Experience with MRI software preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex financialdata.There are no costs for candidates utilizingour services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
