Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, SIOP & Merchandise Analytics, to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in championing the customer experience through having the right product at the right place at the right time. The candidate will also drive the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) process, and ensuring alignment between supply chain operations and business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of ECOM and distribution sales practices with proven leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to analyze supply chain data and generate actionable insights.

Prepare and present regular reports on performance, demand forecasts, and SIOP metrics.

Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into SIOP related performance.

Develop scenario modeling to give opportunity insight and mitigation planning visibility

Develop elasticity modeling to inform pricing strategies that support business objectives and drive increased profitability and additional revenue growth.

Merchandise Operations (Category Management and Inventory Planning):

Develop and support implementation strategies to optimize assortment selections

Analyze merchandise data and trends to forecast demand accurately and ensure product availability.

Monitor and report key metrics, including GMROI, customer fill rates, service levels, vendor performance, turnover rates, stockouts, carrying costs, etc.

Coordinate with procurement, supply planning, production, and distribution teams to align inventory levels with operational needs.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues and improve overall supply chain efficiency.

Communicate inventory strategies and SIOP plans to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the supply chain team.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements within inventory management and SIOP activities.

Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance supply chain performance.

Lead or participate in supply chain projects aimed at improving efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction.

SIOP:

Support the SIOP process, ensuring cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, and finance teams.

Coordinate with category management, supply planning, production, and distribution teams to align inventory levels with operational needs.

Facilitate monthly SIOP meetings, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SIOP process to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain planning, or related roles.

Proven experience leading SIOP processes in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.

Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software (e.g., NetSuite, SLIM, NetStock).

Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

Physical Demands:

Light Work

involves lifting up to 20 pounds at a time with frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Frequent walking, standing, and sitting. Frequent reaching and/or grasping using hands and/or arms. Frequent use of hands requiring dexterity in using the telephone, computer keyboard, or other objects. Visual ability including distance, peripheral and depth perception. Regularly required to talk and hear.
