The Community Associate will work part-time with the Community Manager in creating a collaborative, community-driven shared workspace that our members love. The position will cultivate a welcoming environment for all members and guests through managing tours and day passes, responding to member requests, and receiving visitors. In addition, this position will assist in managing day-to-day operations and administrative tasks

Essential Job Functions:

Foster a welcoming culture that aligns with Moniker’s Core Values

Assist in opening procedures and day-to-day operations

Conduct tours for prospective members, getting to know their needs and communicating the benefits of joining Moniker Commons

Manage the front desk, field member requests, respond to inquiries via phone and email

Assist with management of day passes and conference room bookings

Be available 1-2 evenings/month to assist with member events and happy hours

Help facilitate member communications (Slack, our weekly newsletter, and social media channels)

Cultivate relationships with our community members

Qualifications/Requirements:

Must possess a combination of organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

At least one year experience in customer service and/or hospitality.

Associates Degree or higher education preferred.

Must be able to lift items up to 40 lbs.
