Position Overview:As the Sales Manager at Moniker Cocktail Co (MCC), you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role entails cultivating strong relationships with key vendors, clients and event planners. This person must utilize these relationships, matched with a driven and goal-oriented personality, to drive sales for MCC and hit targets set by upper management. Adaptability and analytical thinking will be essential for navigating evolving market dynamics and identifying new business opportunities. With a customer-centric approach and a focus on delivering exceptional service, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating Moniker Cocktail Co.'s brand presence and driving sales success. This person must be able to operate with limited supervision, bringing a sense of ownership and personal responsibility to their job duties.Essential Job Functions:Create and implement sales strategies– lead efforts to acquire new business opportunities for Moniker Cocktail Co. by identifying new prospects, managing the pipeline, and leading outreach.Meet or exceed monthly sales goals as set by the team, leaning into creative solutions and opportunities as needed.Present new opportunities for outbound business weekly with gathered research, opportunities, and prospective plans for each potential client.Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors to produce catering sales in designated market segments.Attend networking events regularly to build relationships with industry professionals– this may require evening and weekend work.Receive inquiries and draft proposals and contracts for clients.Finalize contracts, and communicate all package details.Lead and oversee client communications with professionalism and efficiency.Work with clients to collect event details and beverage selections. Fill our BEOs and continuously communicate with Operations team to make sure events go smoothly and client's expectations are exceeded.Track all client payments and submit weekly reports to the General Manager (GM) of Hospitality.Be onsite as the liaison between MCC staff and clients for the beginning of your clients on weekdays during the late afternoons, early evenings and select weekend Saturdays.Develop sales tools and collateral for MCC.Liaise with prospective clients, handling all clients’ questions and ensuring customer satisfaction in everything you do.Routinely gather feedback and surveys from previous clients and vendors to ensure MCC provides the best quality service.Propose recommendations to improve MCC’s services and event quality, based on customer feedback, customer surveys, and internal research quarterly.Along with the GM, be plugged into operational costs and business expenses to inform rates and package creations.Help with marketing efforts as needed.Qualifications:BS in Event Management or equivalent experience.Must possess a combination of organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.Excellent sales ability and 3+ years of demonstrated experience in meeting sales goals.Customer-centric orientation with excellent customer service skills.Excellent time management, with the proven ability to manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines.Must work well with all types of people and be able to build lasting, productive business relationships internally and externally.Excellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and public speaking skills.Ability to communicate and present information to senior management.Work Requirements:This position may be required to work nights and weekends.Core Values:Professionalism:

Continued employment remains on an “at-will” basis.Compensation:The base salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000 plus commission.
