JOB SUMMARY:

This key leadership role will oversee all operations of Olympic Medical Home Health (OMHH) including Lifeline. The Director serves as a clinical role model and is actively involved in initiatives to continually improve the patient care experience. This position has oversight and responsibilities of forecasting, creating, implementing, and evaluating functional strategies for the following: staffing, training, performance management, compliance, fiscal management, implementing and evaluating quality improvement plans, work process standards, performance goals to ensure optimal service delivery, employee satisfaction and patient experience. Collaborates with managers, supervisors and other members of the healthcare team to effectively coordinate services. Collaborates with and provides consultation to other agencies and professional groups in identifying and meeting health and social needs of the community.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

Graduate of accredited school of nursing required.MSN preferred.

Experience

Minimum of three years’ experience in home health or healthcare management required.10 years of previous healthcare experience demonstrating progressive scope of responsibility is required, in lieu of MSN.

Licensure/Credentials

Current Washington State RN license required.Washington State Driver’s License required.Driving record in compliance with OMC standards currently in effect or as may be amended required. See HR Policy 3.12 Driving on Behalf of OMC Business.Current auto insurance in accordance with OMC requirements, required.
