JOB SUMMARY:The HR Business Partner – Employee Relations provides broad support to the HR team. The primary role is support of the accommodation process and employee and labor relations functions, acting at the direction of the HR Director. The HR Business Partner – Employee Relations conducts HR investigations regarding employee complaints and personnel matters as assigned and supports labor negotiations and grievance responses as assigned. This position assists the manager with advising on HR matters and labor contract administration as assigned, and assists with improving employee engagement and supports HR training sessions for employees and managers. The HR Business Partner – Employee Relations performs HR projects as assigned, and will cross-train and support HR functions such as recruiting, job descriptions, Performance Appraisals, Personnel Action Requests, compensation, and leaves of absence.QUALIFICATIONS:EducationPost high school business/college course workBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field preferredExperienceTwo years’ human resources experience preferredEmployee and labor relations and healthcare experience highly desiredLicensure/CredentialsPHR preferred.UnionNone.Olympic Medical Center is an
