As part of the leadership team, you will lead technology product management for an exciting and confidential initiative in the middle mile organization. You will regularly interact with executive leadership and work with business teams to develop the product, technology, and execution strategies. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to lead not only at the strategic level but also day-to-day by diving deeply into business and technical domains. As a multi-discipline leader, the buck will stop with you - you will work alongside engineering (dev and test) organizations.
To accomplish this, you will be expected to have an established background in technology product development, excellent project management skills, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. You should be somebody who enjoys working on complex system software, is customer-centric, and feels strongly about building good software as well as making that software achieve its operational goals.

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement Experience with end-to-end product delivery Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience as a product manager or owner Experience owning technology products PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
