Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead North America's vehicle redeployment strategy for our Last Mile delivery fleet. You will develop & scale our redeployment initiative through technology and product testing, vendor management, repair shops, DSP experience, and internal stakeholder management.
The Global Fleet and Products team is responsible for managing and growing the network of professional contract organizations that power Amazon's in-house last mile delivery service. Our partners work out of delivery stations across North America and are assigned delivery routes and packages 7 days a week that are delivered by their vans and drivers.
This Sr. Product Manager will have stellar business acumen, be comfortable interfacing and driving various functional teams, have a passion for developing and implementing processes in an ambiguous problem space, and be willing to roll up their sleeves to build a program that will significantly impact Amazon’s last mile delivery capabilities across North America. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team oriented and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. This candidate will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Key Job Responsibilities
Comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading. Work backwards from the customer, introducing new ways to manage Amazon-owned equipment. Deliver features/services to drive continuous value to customers. Ensure key information cascades consistently and smoothly across stakeholder organizations. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, ops, finance, and other business teams to bring ideas to fruition. Develop automated solutions in partnership with technology teams. Is capable of taking accountability and driving planning, resolution and execution with his/her team. Responsible for understanding program execution (end to end) to ensure products can measure internal and external performance standards at scale. Travel expectations are approximately 15%.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with end to end product delivery Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience as a product manager or owner Experience owning technology products Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
