client base is global . They are
growing quickly and need a Director of Operations
to work in employee policies, has knowledge about government and export compliance, and experience in security clearances/manufacturing is a plus.Daily responsibilities include:Managing facilities (build-outs, security, leases, etc.);Improving employee policies/procedures;Developing an export compliance program;Managing insurance coverages;Improving compliance positions with FAR, DFARS, state/local regulations, and contracts;Building relationships with consultants/contractors (financial, tax, legal);Establishing partnerships with manufacturing vendors.This is currently an
