This role will be responsible for supporting and executing a Medical Engagement Strategy aligned with Kyverna’s business and medical objectives. A successful candidate must be highly self-motivated with strong communication abilities to effectively guide cross-functional teams supporting Kyverna’s mission of bringing life-changing therapeutic benefits to patients living with autoimmune diseases. Responsible for supporting and operationalizing the external Medical Engagement Strategy spanning clinical trial investigators, key academic medical centers, subject matter experts (SMEs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs), and professional societies.Accountable for executing to plans to positively impact clinical trial enrollment, scientific engagement, and collaborations with external HCPs.In collaboration with Medical Affairs leadership, communicate qualitative and quantitative information for executive level audiences regarding performance and impact of Medical Engagement Strategy.Requirements
Advanced degree (MSN, PharmD, PhD, MD) preferred.5+ years of related pharmaceutical industry or relevant experience.High proficiency with Veeva Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.Prior experience working in a Field Medical or related role a plus.Highly self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills with “passion to win” attitude.Ability to manage projects with vendors and contractors, as well as internal support staff.The salary range for candidates residing in California for this position is $195,000 to $205,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this posted position, and the actual salary may vary based on various factors, including without limitation geographic location, individual education, experience, tenure, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
