The ideal candidate will contribute to our goals of navigating what’s next in synthetic biology, immunology and cell engineering while living our core values: bring intellectual humility, elevate each other, and stay true to why.Responsibilities

Develop a global patient advocacy strategy and work across internal teams to implement effective local partnerships with patient advocacy organizations.Collaborate closely with Kyverna Patient Engagement and Communications to ensure appropriate information exchange.Link appropriate patient groups with information and resources needed to support patients and their caregivers.Support patient identification and engagement to develop patient insights.Support advancement of Regulatory, Medical, and Market Access initiatives.Ensure compliance requirements are well understood and adhered to.Requirements

Bachelor’s degree7+ years of patient advocacy experience, of which at least two years were at established biopharmaceutical or medical device companyUnderstanding and adherence to compliant patient engagement requirementsEstablished connections within the Neurology and Rheumatology advocacy community are desirable. Experience in rare disease is also desirable.Ability to initiate, establish, and maintain partnerships with patient organizations.Effective oral presentation and written communication skills are necessaryDemonstrated capacity to think creatively when addressing complex situationsAbility to communicate effectively with Regulatory, Market Access / HEOR, Clinical Operations, Research, and other internal functionsSelf-starter, works effectively in teams$170,000 - $190,000 a year

The salary range for candidates residing in California for this position is $170,000 USD to $190,000 USD annually.

This salary range is an estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this posted position, and the actual salary may vary based on various factors, including without limitation geographic location, individual education, experience, tenure, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This position is also eligible for bonuses, benefits, and participation in the Company’s stock option plan.
