Responsibilities

Facilitate the development of target product profiles and field early market research to inform long term strategic planning.Develop and maintain long term forecasts for the Kyverna portfolio.Optimize and maintain an effective competitive intelligence program, ensuring strategic insights are regularly and effectively communicated to stakeholders.Support the development of strategic assessments and presentations for the portfolio and across key functional areas across the company.Provide strategic inputs to Global Market Access and Business Development.Providing operational support to various areas of the business where needed.Ensures compliance requirements are adhered to.Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; masters degree preferred5+ years of new product planning, market planning/research, or strategic planning at an established biopharmaceutical or medical device companyCell or gene therapy experience preferred2+ years of experience as the direct owner of the long-term forecast modelEffective oral presentation and written communication skills are necessaryDemonstrated capacity to think creatively when addressing complex situationsAbility to communicate effectively with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Business Development, Research, and other internal functionsClear communication skills; ability to present to senior leadership teams.Self-starter, works effectively in teams

$170,000 - $190,000 a year

The salary range for candidates residing in California for this position is $170,000 USD to $190,000 USD annually.

This salary range is an estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this posted position, and the actual salary may vary based on various factors, including without limitation geographic location, individual education, experience, tenure, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This position is also eligible for bonuses, benefits, and participation in the Company’s stock option plan.
