Leverage your technical expertise, leadership experience and passion for optimizing operations to manage our IT asset delivery team. This challenging and fulfilling role sits within Esri’s IT Service Delivery– a centrally located team within Information Systems and Technology whose mission is to support Esri’s operations.Since this position is located in Redlands, CA, we will offer relocation assistance if needed.Responsibilities

Lead cross functional teams responsible for client device and asset management activities, including career development and resource planningFoster a collaborative and customer-centric culture within the teamManage and enforce global asset lifecycle management standards and procedures, including procurement, deployment, retirement, and disposalOversee the provisioning, configuration, and deployment of client devices, peripherals, software, and SAAS solutionsEvaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance asset management operationsOptimize asset utilization and identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficienciesApply a continuous improvement approach in enhancing the strategies employed in technology spending and tracking assets within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) throughout their lifecycleRequirements

8+ years of professional experience in similar positions or supporting similar roleDemonstrated experience with IT asset managementExceptional communications and customer service skillsExperience with ERP platforms and asset management and lifecycleExperience with ITIL and process optimizationExperience with ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, CMDB and related tools and practicesBachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related STEM fieldRecommended Qualifications

Direct experience with ServiceNow and SAPITIL certificationExperience with Agile, Lean, and DevOps methodologiesMaster’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related STEM fieldTotal Rewards

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $112,320 - $187,200 USD.About Esri
