RealREPP, a nationally recognized, full-service recruiting firm, is currently teaming with a growing, innovative, and dynamic commercial real estate owner/developer to assist them in hiring for an Analyst, Corporate Finance & FP&A. This role will report into the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and work collaboratively with the Corporate Finance and FP&A teams. They will also assist the Corporate Finance and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) groups with budgeting and forecasting, analyzing drivers and variances, and other corporate finance-related projects, including participating in capital market strategies, conference call preparation, corporate presentations (external and internal), and treasury-related items.

Requirements
[1-3]+ years of experience in a related field (e.g., Finance, FP&A, Big 4 accounting, Banking, etc.)Ability to multi-task and willing to embrace job duties across all corporate finance functions, including Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)Knowledge of real estate fundamentals, preferably REITsKnowledge of office real estate, leasing assumptions, and AcquisitionsFinance, accounting, budgeting, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles preferredYardi experience is a plusPolished and professional demeanor; must be capable of working with various teams across the organization, including accounting and asset managementPlease register and apply online at
