We are looking for a
Director, Corporate FP&A
to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.Responsibilities:Lead the corporate financial planning and analysis function, including the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning.Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario analysis.Provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.Partner with business units to understand their financial needs and provide guidance on financial performance, cost management, and resource allocation.Lead the preparation of board presentations, investor relations materials, and other executive-level reports.Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.Manage and mentor a team of FP&A professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger performance tracking.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting10+ years of FP&A experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleProven experience in corporate finance, financial modeling, and strategic planning.Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial reporting.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
