Provide clear and accurate advice promptly.Conduct investigations, documenting, and recommending corrective actions due to policy violations such as harassment and reasonable suspicion.Assist the People Ops team on payroll, leave of absence, workers comp, leadership development, and training,Create and support talent management initiatives including performance evaluations, talent reviews, succession planning, training/leadership development.Foster a culture of engagement, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.Assist with facilitating new hire orientations while creating a positive first impression of the company and serving as a role model for company principals.Champion employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred2+ years of experience leading or working autonomously on employee relations, employee engagement, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance managementPHR or SHRM – CP certification preferredPaylocity HRIS experience preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.Experience with Employee Relations and Performance ManagementAbility to build trusting relationships and collaborate with employees throughout the entire organization.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Works comfortably under pressure and meets required deadlines.Assist with LOA, FMLA, STD, and Worker’s Comp claims.If you're ready to make a lasting impact and be part of a team dedicated to changing lives, we invite you to
