Job Summary
The Estimator's primary role is to support the Sales Arborist with all estimating, quote and work order generation, equipment requirements, property inventories, arborist reports, job quality, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be exceedingly well organized, experienced in the Tree Care Industry, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
This position pays $30-35/hr depending on years of experience + paid PTO + paid benefits and 401K.

What a day is like:
The Estimator's primary role is to support the Sales Arborist with all estimating, quote and work order generation, equipment requirements, property inventories, arborist reports, job quality, and customer service.
Responsibilities include:
Providing quotes/estimates for services provided by the company.
Generating accurate work orders.
Showing and describing the job to the assigned foreman before the work begins.
Ensuring the quality of work being performed on the job site.
Assuring customer satisfaction.
What kind of person are we looking for? Someone with:
Attention to detail critical to maintain high quality of care.
Experience in the Tree Care Industry.
Solid communication skills to complete paperwork and communicate with clients.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Comprehensive knowledge in arboricultural understanding.
Comprehensive knowledge of GIS and tree inventory software.
Estimator Qualifications:
ISA Certified Arborist (not required upon employment).
Certified in CPR/First Aid (Valid).
California driver's license with clean DMV record (Valid).
Certified Tree Safety Professional (Recommended).
Qualified Applicators License (Recommended).
Electrical Hazards Awareness Program (Recommended).
