The job holder will take charge of all marketing initiatives, including social media, digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects. He/She will be responsible for creating strategic plans to establish and enhance our brand presence, allocating resources to different projects, and setting both short-term and long-term goals for the department.Responsibilities
Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.Plan, develop and ensure timely execution of the organization's marketing strategy to support business goals.Contribute to the overall sales efforts and company revenue targets.Design communication to create and build a positive brand image.Determine KPIs for the marketing team and department.Ensure apt dissemination of the organization's message across relevant distribution channels to meet sales objectives and brand awareness.Develop and execute strategic communications programs for external and internal consumption to support business goals.Ensure effective management and tracking of the annual marketing budget.Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple internal stakeholders to add value to their key initiatives.Effectively optimize marketing tools and analytics to continuously improve Marketing ROI.Stay abreast of the latest industry news, external factors, and industry best practices.Conduct market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, and advertising to execute a data-driven strategy.Ensure gatekeeping of brand awareness and experience both internally and externally.Ensure management of media, creative, event planning, and other 3rd party agencies.Coordinate stringent adherence to brand guidelines and uniformity thereof.Build robust relationships with external stakeholders and actively network with industry regulatory bodies and media personnel.Requirements
Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Economics, Finance or similar discipline.Recognized intermediate or advanced professional marketing qualification.Must have at least 7 years' working experience in marketing with significant exposure to sales and marketing/business development.Work experience as Head of Marketing, preferably within our industry.Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
