Money Movement Solutions is an exciting, new payment service that Visa provides to clients (issuers, acquirers, processors, merchants, and service providers) the ability to facilitate funds transfers and disbursements from and to Visa as well as non-Visa accounts globally. Money Movement Solutions consumer and business applications include person to person (P2P) money transfers, marketplace payouts to gig economy participants, funds disbursement (e.g. insurance claims) and many more. The push payments market is estimated to be more than 80 trillion of payment volume, replacing cash, checks, and ACH with push credits directly into bank accounts in real-time.The Money Movement Solutions Global Market Expansion Solutions team is responsible for delivering customer-centric solutions that enable our clients to adopt Money Movement Solutions quickly and seamlessly, allowing for scale, accelerated time to market and enhanced customer experience.Global Enabler Solutioning team within Global Market Expansion Solutions team is focused on powering Visa Direct payments through global acquirers, processors and fintech players across multi regions. We launch and scale strategic use cases, collaborate with Visa regions, perform product solutioning, and drive end-to-end implementation new merchant/partner of Visa Direct. We engage with strategically important global platform and software service providers that are critical to the success of Visa Direct across regions. The team is responsible for exploring new and expanding existing use cases, supporting marquee clients, and building partnerships internally and externally to grow and scale Visa Direct.The person will be a key member of the team defining product solutioning strategy to expand Visa Direct and other Money Movement capabilities. The role will primarily support one of the key strategic initiatives within Visa Direct - Expand Visa Direct "ready" enablers that have global coverage in strategic markets - by working with enablers to close product gaps, supporting strategic merchant deployments and removing process barriers such as Visa rules, PIF (Program Intake Form) submissions, etc.Inherent to this team are sporadic and unplanned activities that support the strategic interests of the business. The Sr. Manager may be tasked with evaluating market disruptions or trends and assisting with defining plans to address or compiling and analyzing data. For example, as the competitive landscape evolves, we need to stay abreast of changes and opportunities and ultimately map out our strategy to maintain leadership positions.This will be a client/partner-facing and broad-reaching leadership role so organizational savvy, interpersonal and communication skills are critical as he/she will interface with all areas of Visa (sales, marketing, commercialization, legal, risk) and with leaders from some of our largest partners. Key characteristics of the candidate include being comfortable working and engaging in a matrix organization, exceedingly self-motivated with a proactive attitude, and an innately inquisitive nature. Visa is looking for an individual that is a thought leader in payments with a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments with demanding timelines.Essential Functions:Be the single point of contact accountable for the solutioning, launching new merchants and use cases in collaboration with enablersPossess or quickly develop subject matter expertise on the Visa Direct and broader Money Movement products and solutions, including platform expertise, market nuances, pricing economics, etc.Meet with clients/partners to share information about Visa Direct and provide guidance on Visa rules, processes, and technical/platform information and requirementsAssess ecosystem readiness and perform analysis supporting new program launches and geographical expansionsPartner with client to develop client's strategic product road map (platform, use case and market expansion)Lead and manage client meetings, drive issues to closure, document discussions to include action items and next steps and ensure completion of root cause analysis when necessaryManage end-to-end project to implement Visa Direct for new merchants/partnersGenerate and manage reports that provide internal insights and assessments of the Visa Direct progress of several key global enablersPossess or quickly develop subject matter expertise on each client's global reach and their Visa Direct programs, examine cause of volume growth or decline and provide logical reasoning for it, identify areas of performance improvements and work with client to implementThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications:9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhDBA/BS required. Post Graduate degree in Business Administration strongly preferredMinimum 8 years of experience with payments/operations analytics or equivalentExcellent communication, story-telling and presentation skillsBasic understanding of technical schemes required. Knowledge or expertise strongly preferredUnderstanding of APIs and their functionality preferred.Expert level PowerPoint and advanced level Excel skillsCritical thinker, strong organization skills, highly engaged and detail orientedCapacity to summarize findings from data, curiosity to deep dive on root cause of trends, and ensure highest level of quality/rigor in market analysisAbility to identify key strategic issues and to generate and deliver creative and innovative solutions to challenges and opportunitiesStrong team player, self-motivated and the ability to work independently at coordinating cross functional activitiesObtain buy-in and proactively escalate issues at critical instancesKnowledge of payments, Fintech, etc. is not required for this role, however, it is essential to bring curiosity about these topics and a desire to roll up your sleeves to help take open-ended and ambiguous areas of interest and help to bring clarity to the team.Both written and oral communication skills are critical in this role. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
