Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the corporate development strategy, in alignment with the company's long-term vision and objectives. - Provide business and financial analysis to support acquisitions of companies in North America, Western Europe, Africa, Latin America, and the APAC region.- Drive market research and sourcing efforts to help identify acquisition opportunities, including monitoring the M&A and competitive landscape to help identify and prioritize appropriate opportunities; meeting with prospects to evaluate opportunities; and networking with peers at other strategic investors and within the broader data and AI consulting ecosystem.- Lead due diligence and deal execution efforts, including developing and recommending appropriate transaction structures; leading all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, from opportunity evaluation and due diligence to negotiation and integration; coordinating, performing, and assisting in full diligence efforts; leading coordination of comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to evaluate investment opportunities; advising the CEO and Board of the merits of specific investment opportunities based on thorough analysis and evaluation; coordinating with external counsel on legal, tax and IP diligence; and collaborating with the company’s stakeholders to build strategic investment rationale.- Lead and support deal negotiations with acquisition target companies.- Perform market research and competitive analysis to assess industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential target companies or acquisition opportunities. - Ensure models for deep and thorough analysis of opportunities and guideposts are established to aid in the evaluation and decision-making process.- Perform other related duties.Job Requirements:A bachelor’s degree or the foreign equivalent in finance, management, business administration, or a related field, plus 3 years of experience as a financial analyst, investment analyst, or in a similar role/occupation. The required experience must include:- 3 years of experience in sourcing and screening actionable acquisition targets or investment opportunities.- 3 years of experience with large-scale, detailed financial analysis and modeling. - 3 years of experience in drafting acquisition and investment notes.- 3 years of experience in performing valuation work on international businesses.- 3 years of experience in analyzing, devising, and executing cross-border and domestic post-acquisition value creation initiatives.- 3 years of experience in performing commercial, financial, tax, and legal audits in the context of an M&A transaction.- 3 years of experience in managing third-party diligence providers, including legal, accounting, and industry-specific consultants.- 3 years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex transaction agreements, including in a cross-border context.- 3 years of experience in researching the competitive position, market size, and industry dynamics of acquisition targets.Travel requirement: 25% of time (domestic and international)

Minimum Salary: 200,000 Maximum Salary: 240,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
