JOB DESCRIPTION:We are seeking a candidate with experience in influencer marketing, specifically within the affiliate marketing space.The Influencer Program is a global leader in online marketing and one of the largest external paid traffic channels . This position will focus on identifying, engaging, and managing influencer partnerships to drive new Prime member sign-ups through the Influencer Program. This includes researching and vetting potential influencer partners, negotiating contracts, providing content guidance and training, overseeing end-to-end campaign execution, and tracking performance.This role is a perfect fit for you if you are an excellent communicator, social media savvy, highly organized, data driven, and are in-tune to industry trends and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Support execution of strategic creator partnerships including reach out, negotiation, contract/payment execution, content monitoring and reportingUtilize social media management tools and analytics platforms to Client prospective talent and track key performance metricsEducate influencers on affiliate marketing and best practices to help drive day-to-day business and program engagementCollaborate with influencer agenciesCollaborate with the marketing team on building content inspiration and content briefs to drive influencer promotionPropose and execute tech-based solutions to streamline existing processesCollaborate with cross functional teams to execute on strategic initiativesEffectively manage communications with external creators and agencies

Education/Experience:

2+ years in influencer marketing or affiliate marketing2+ years of cross functional experience working with multiple stakeholders2+ years working with external partnersExperience developing, negotiating and executing business agreementsExperience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvementsExcellent communication and analytical skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail
