Your Role at impact.com:

As a member of the Studio team, our in-house influencer marketing experts, you will be responsible for contributing to multiple accounts across verticals, including fashion, parenting, food, technology, and more. We design and manage campaigns for clients from introductory tests to year-long brand ambassador programs. In this role, you will manage the execution from start to finish for a select group of clients and support senior team members on a variety of larger programs. This role reports to an Account Manager on the Studio team.

RESPONSIBILITIESManages and supports execution, from casting through reportingLeads kick-off calls and responds to client emailsPreps kick-off call docs and all internal and external organizationSources influencers for each campaign and recommends qualified influencers based on brand requirements such as follower count, location, niche, and audience demographicsCommunicates extensively with creators, including leading negotiations, facilitating product orders, and gathering content draftsCreates influencer campaign brief based on guidelines given by brand as well as FTC guidelinesMonitors budgets and program timelines to ensure our revenue goals and client deadlines are metReviews influencer content to ensure they meet requirements set in the brief and are free of spelling and grammar errorsProvides excellent customer service and expertise, ensuring both the clients and creators are happy and impressed with our servicesIdentifies upselling opportunities and communicates to senior leadershipGathers campaign metrics and is responsible for formatting them to be analyzedStrategiezes content creation and casting to make sure campaigns are on trend and relevant to the current social media landscapeCreate a wrap report with the campaign's overall KPIs, metric data, and influencer contentQUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience2+ years of experience managing and contributing to influencer marketing programs

Familiarity with budgeting, casting, negotiating, contracting, overseeing fulfillment, draft approvals, reporting, etc.Affiliate and campaign performance experience idealPaid amplification is a major plus (Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Spark Ads)Previous agency experience preferredEstablished relationships with creators and talent managers are a plus

Knowledge of influencers (ideally within CPG, fashion, finance, wellness, fitness, etc.) and influencer rates

Experience with niches such as gaming, tech, finance, entertainment, etc. a major plusFamiliarity with talent managers a plus

Knowledge of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest etc.)Communication, organization, and client relationship management skillsMust have client facing experienceStrong people skills are needed to maintain professional relationships with influencers and talent managersAbility to perform under pressure with tight deadlinesStrong problem-solving skillsSignificant attention to detailKnowledge of Google SuiteKnowledge of the impact.com platform is a huge plusSalary range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year, plus additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
