Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Manage one or more real estate sales offices, fostering a positive and motivated environment.Recruitment & Retention: Recruit, select, train, and retain top-tier sales associates and support staff to achieve branch objectives and contribute to company-wide goals.Office Management: Oversee office operations, including budget management, profitability, and transaction volumes. Promote and integrate affiliate services such as title, mortgage, insurance, and relocation.Sales Associate Development: Provide coaching, mentoring, and business planning to ensure high performance and success. Lead regular office sales meetings to engage and educate.Compliance:

Ensure adherence to company policies, real estate regulations, and industry trends. Maintain strong communication with corporate departments and provide timely reporting.Community Engagement: Actively participate in local and state realtor boards, enhancing visibility and engagement within the industry.Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.Experience: Minimum of six years of real estate experience with a proven sales and transactional expertise track record. Previous sales management experience with success in profit management and team recruitment is preferred.Skills: Strong knowledge of state and federal real estate regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in relevant technology and real estate applications.Licenses: A Broker's license is required.Why Join Us?We are committed to excellence and success at Allie Beth Allman & Associates Realtors.
